thinking about what to put here and @ the other blogspot page.
moving forward i may just post my own content. am not sure about whether or not to retain older posts next year. the removal of youtube videos, either from intellectual property claims or ip fraud, isn't the only degradation. linked content just goes away. it's a little interesting to see what online content winds up being resilient. don't find that enough of a draw to leave tattered posts to frustrate people curious about what used to go where.
mentioned reading the constitution a while back, years ago as well. you might have noticed the right to free speech or the various parts that allow for treaties or that require some elected offices and a unifying federal government. after the scam-wow election cycle i'd be surprised if you remembered much from it. i understand having a right to live in a democracy because of the constitution. i however, also understand that having that right doesn't allow for the violation of itself or other rights, enumerated and unenumerated, required by that constitution.
you still won't find the phrase "rule of law" in the constitution or the declaration of independence; also won't find freedom of action, not for individuals or government officials, in the constitution. in our country laws are not meant as deterrents, but are a reflection of rights and responsibilities provided for by and required by that unifying document. laws are in place to allow for concerns to be addressed legitimately with due process being also required to respect anyone's equal right to that process.
may say this: if you show up during the next four years, do yourself a favor and don't ask for money.
as to being blamed for the arbitrary, deceptive practices that deny my work online fair treatment? eventually, that won't be a concern simply because it's not in anyone's interests to see that very public fraud continue. it wasn't and still isn't about me.
